| CANCELLATION POLICY: |
Cancellations received in writing by August 31st, 2010 will receive a prompt refund, less the $150.00 administration fee. Thereafter, no refunds will be given. Substitute delegates are welcome at any time. |

| MEDIA ATTENDANCE: |
We invite accredited journalists working for industry news organizations to register for a complimentary press badge. To qualify for a press badge, you must be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized media outlet. To obtain your press badge for the Summit, you must pre-register. Qualified press will have full access to the exhibit hall, keynote addresses, concurrent seminar sessions, receptions and lunches. We reserve the right to deny any applicant a press badge. In order for freelance writers to register for press credentials, we will require information on the organization for which you are writing an article(s). Personal web-site writers or creators, non-editorial personnel or marketing /public relations representatives do not qualify for a press badge. |

These complimentary activities sell out each year and we want to ensure everyone who is interested has an opportunity to participate.
Activities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and your credit card information provided on your registration form will be used to secure your space.
Should you be unable to attend, please advise by August 31, 2010; Cancellation after August 31st or failure to register onsite at the pre-conference activity will result in a $50.00 charge.
